ItemACTIVIDAD FÍSICA, NUTRICIÓN Y SALUD EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADES CRÓNICAS NO TRANSMISIBLES(Universidad Técnica de manabí, 2022) ZAMBRANO DELGADO, KEVIN PAUL ; JIMÉNEZ LOOR, BRYAN DANY ; CHILA VELÁSQUEZ, JUAN ENRIQUEThe present investigation entitled "Physical activity, nutrition and health in the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases", the purpose of this topic was to develop a program of physical and nutritional activities for the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases in the teachers of the Educational Unit Tiburcio Macías., for which data collection instruments were used, surveys and interviews with the teachers of the institution, in order to establish the fundamental problem for which they do not carry out a control of physical activity and nutritional aspect, to treatment of chronic diseases, as well as the population of 26 teachers, being the total universe taken as a sample. Having as a result that teachers do not have an elaborate program having a total ignorance of how to execute it efficiently and adequately, which allows them to have a better quality of life. A proposal was carried out based on a program of physical and nutritional activities, which provides the beneficiaries with help for the treatment of their illnesses as a routine habit that avoids health and lifestyle problems.

ItemINFLUENCIA DE LA ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA EN EL DESARROLLO PSICOMOTOR DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 4TO AÑO DE E.B.G. DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MIXTA DEL MILENIO OLMEDO(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2022) SALGADO CEDEÑO, LUIS ALFONSO ; PLÚA MATA, JOSÉ VICENTEThis degree work was carried out under the research project modality, the focus of the theme was "Influence of physical activity on the psychomotor development of 4th year E.B.G. of the Mixed Educational Unit of the Olmedo Millennium", the purpose of this topic was, was to develop a program with strategies that favor psychomotor development in the physical education classes of the 4th year students of the Fiscal Educational Unit of the Olmedo Millennium of the city of Portoviejo. To carry out the research, data collection instruments were used, such as surveys, interviews and observation of both the students and teachers of the Milenio Olmedo Mixed Educational Unit, who was taken as the object of study, in order to establish the fundamental problem by which traditional didactic strategies are carried out in the subject of biology, for this reason the need arises to know some physical activities that thus allow the psychomotor development of students. Likewise, the population taken into account was 85 students of the 4th year of E.G.B, the same one that is taken as a sample. The results obtained show that physical activities contribute to the psychomotor development of students, allowing improvement in learning so that their personality evolves, helping the student to be more autonomous, balanced and develop skills and abilities.
