Abstract
The present investigation entitled "Physical activity, nutrition and health in the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases", the purpose of this topic was to develop a program of physical and nutritional activities for the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases in the teachers of the Educational Unit Tiburcio Macías., for which data collection instruments were used, surveys and interviews with the teachers of the institution, in order to establish the fundamental problem for which they do not carry out a control of physical activity and nutritional aspect, to treatment of chronic diseases, as well as the population of 26 teachers, being the total universe taken as a sample. Having as a result that teachers do not have an elaborate program having a total ignorance of how to execute it efficiently and adequately, which allows them to have a better quality of life. A proposal was carried out based on a program of physical and nutritional activities, which provides the beneficiaries with help for the treatment of their illnesses as a routine habit that avoids health and lifestyle problems.

La presente investigación titulada “Actividad física, nutrición y salud en el tratamiento de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles”, el propósito de este tema fue elaborar un programa de actividades físicas y nutricionales para el tratamiento de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Tiburcio Macías., para lo cual se utilizaron instrumentos de recolección de datos encuestas y entrevistas a los docentes de la institución, con el fin de establecer la problemática fundamental por las cuales ellos no realizan un control de la actividad física y de aspecto nutricional, para tratamiento de las enfermedades crónicas, se utilizó la investigación descriptiva de campo, así mismo la población de 26 docentes, siendo universo total tomado como muestra. Teniendo como resultado que los docentes no cuenten con un programa elaborado teniendo un total desconocimiento de como ejecutarlo de manera eficiente y adecuada que le permite así tener una mejor calidad de vida. Se llevó a cabo una propuesta basada en un programa de actividades físicas y nutricionales, que les proporcione a los beneficiarios ayuda para el tratamiento de sus enfermedades como habito rutinario que evite problemas en la salud y estilo de vida
