ItemLA TUTORÍA PEDAGÓGICA Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO ACADÉMICO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL SEXTO Y SÉPTIMO AÑO DE EGB DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA FEDERICO BRAVO BAZURTO DEL CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO AÑO 2018-2019.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) BRAVO SOLÓRZANO, CYNTHIA CRISTINA ; VELÁSQUEZ ZAMBRANO, CARMEN MARISOL ; GÓMEZ MIELES, VIVIANA SEPTIMIAThe general objective of this research was to: Analyze the influence of the tutorial action on the academic performance of the sixth and seventh year students of EGB of the ―Federico Bazurto Bravo Educational Unit‖, Portoviejo canton, 2018 - 2019. Thorough bibliographic a review of the two variables is carried out , starting from their categories; istorical synopsis of mentoring, definition, importance, objectives, elements of mentoring, areas and modalities; with respect to the second variable, academic performance and its characteristics, factors, relationship of academic performance with student's personality are defined; highlighting the role of the Tutor Teacher in academic performance; finally, a relationship is made between the two variables studied; the scientific methodology with there inductive and deductive methods were used for its study, which allowed to analyze the influence of the tutorial action in the academic performance of the students, which induced to verify the objectives proposed in the project, by means of tabulation applied surveys to Teachers and students, applied to the sample of the chosen population; arriving to the conclusion that the pedagogical tutorial action has a positive impact on the academic performance of students, since this activity makes the student feel motivated, accompanied in the educational process by what is educating to develop more attention on their studies; In addition, the teacher facilitates processes, resources and stimulates the attitude of the students.
