ItemLA PRÁCTICA DOCENTE Y SU APORTE AL APRENDIZAJE AUTÓNOMO DE LOS Y LAS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA 10 DE AGOSTO, DEL SITIO MOCORITA, CANTÓN JUNÍN, PERIODO 2018-2019.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) MENDOZA TUBAY, VERÓNICA ALEXANDRA ; SANTANA ZAMBRANO, HOLGER JOSÉ ; MENDIETA TORRES, YESSENIAThis research took place in the School 10 de Agosto, in the Mocorita site, Junín canton, in the 2018-2019 period, in which students from the elementary and middle basic elementary schools participated, as well as the one-teacher of the institution, the variables were teaching practice and autonomous learning. Its purpose was to carry out an investigation about the contribution of the teacher's work in the autonomous learning of the students. For this, it was necessary to analyze the main difficulties that arise in the teacher's practice that affects the development of their daily work and identify the learning strategies that students use to improve their autonomous learning. Therefore, the study was justified because it has theoretical knowledge, social relevance and the benefits it generates. The investigation was approached according to the type of bibliographic, field and statistical study, whose population consisted of 1 single teacher, 13 elementary school students and 9 middle school students, whose sample was 100%. The techniques used were the observation, the interview conducted with the one-teacher teacher and the survey applied to the students of the institution. Finally, the data processing allowed to conclude that the teaching practice contributes directly to the autonomous learning of the students, and that the main difficulties that arise in the teaching work are linked with the need of help with the tasks in the homes, the lack of attention and discipline of the students. Likewise, the learning strategies that students use to improve their autonomous learning are the texts provided by the Education Ministry, individual works, group work, the underline technique, conceptual maps and summaries.
