ItemLAS NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES TRANSITORIAS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA - APRENDIZAJE EN LA U.E “TNTE. HUGO ORTIZ GARCÉS” PORTOVIEJO 2017.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2017) ANCHUNDIA ALAY, MARÍA ELENA ; MENÉNDEZ SOLÓRZANO, FRANKLIN ARNALDO ; SOLÓRZANO GÓMEZ, CIELO“The attention in the classroom to the Special Educational Needs (SEN) of the students is concretized in the construction of curricular adaptations. These adaptations are the answer that, from the curriculum, it is elaborated to give attention to the particular requirements of a student with learning difficulties". (Mineduec, 2013) With the beginning of civilization began education and in turn developed different ways of primitive learning, which over the years were evolving and adapting different forms and strategies according what we know as special educational needs. We live in an era with changes in all the senses and one of these is one in which there is the opportunity to study all people equally, therefore, an early identification of transitional special educational needs allows to continue with the educational process in a fair and equitable way without any discrimination. The present work shows an approach and perspective towards an education that allows all people to study, without being discriminated against; To be linked as human beings and to be able to promote and seek the best inclusive strategies that allow to develop in a correct cycle of teaching and learning in the education sector and why not to say it also in any space whether public or private. It seeks to overcome racism, discrimination and exclusion, through the mainstreaming of interculturality throughout the education system. In this context, article 234 of the LOEI Regulation states that "interculturality proposes an inclusive educational approach that, based on the valuation of cultural diversity and respect for all cultures, seeks to increase educational equity, overcome racism, Discrimination and exclusion, and to promote communication among members of different cultures "(Ministry of Education of Ecuador, 2012). It is hoped that this topic will be of great expectation for all the population in general, that allows to know and why not say it to look for the best strategies to have a quality education that is fair, solidary and above all an education that includes to children with special transitional educational disabilities in all their possible forms.
