The present is an exploratory study for the work in relation to the anxiety of the work of the teacher of physical education with students of basic education, which, by applying a test for the identification of the same, in the established population, the need to link psychological practices that allows the decrease of symptoms of anxiety that, the results of the exhibition of this is said, the results of this is the present document, describes the main characteristics of the anxiety, and the various psychological benefits that provides physical activity, including specific activities that are recursive activities for teachers, mainly those of physical education, allowing them to work with students with anxious symptoms, or also work to prevent those symptoms from appear. This, by means of a bibliographic analysis and the identification of playful activities, which can be integrated into the Pensum or plan of studies in that area in educational units.
