Given to this process the designation of strategic management or strategic direction, which is basically defined as the art and science to practice and develop all the potential of a company based on continuous processes of improvement and analysis of the factors that affect the company, in one way or another to ensure survival and long-term profitability. This process which is heading towards the achievement and maintenance of a competitive advantage that allows the company to continue in the market, is strict liability of the direction or management of the company, because this function of the company is responsible for the Organization of it, which is a complex conglomerate of people, resources, processes, cultures, customs, objectives and goals , sales strategies and marketing, advertising, etc., and primarily of the image of the entity, i.e. must know first depth then head to coordinate all these efforts to achieve development and competitiveness. The correct application of the strategic direction promotes the commercial growth of the company with which also achieves a sustained economic growth, because while it is true that companies have a duty to the consumers and customers also need profitability to continue with their activities. All these factors have an impact on which every company is looking for, positioning; the ability of the management in the strategic direction will establish the company in the market as a clear and orderly entity in its guidelines, which sends a message to its users as to the competitors.
