Physical condition and cardiorespiratory capacity are a great indicator of health and good habits in childhood and adolescence; however, it is very likely that in the pre-adolescence stage and in adolescence itself, many young people develop habits and tastes in activities where physical activity is very little or none. Finally, it is concluded that all participants managed to improve their physical condition and lung capacity
