Seen in this way the subject focuses precisely on the improvement of the health that causes to carry out this activity in a programmed way; This thesis had as objective to determine the incidence of the dance therapy as recreational physical activity in the improvement of the quality of life of the females. Therefore, an approach was applied in the applied methodology which was of the exploratory type where it was proposed to make a diagnosis of the specific topic; The statistical results of the research were presented according to the surveys applied to the beneficiaries and an interview with the coordinators of the project with this data, it was possible to verify the scope of the objectives and the fulfillment of the hypotheses. Which was reached at the end of this work, but not before carrying out the application of the design of the session elaborated by the authors.
