ItemFACTORES RESILIENTES Y ABSTINENCIA EN LOS PACIENTES DROGODEPENDIENTES DE LA CLÍNICA CETAP NUNCA MÁS SOLOS EN EL CANTÓN JIPIJAPA(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2023-10-05) SÁNCHEZ PALMA, EDWIN ANDRÉS ; LAPO CELI, BRYAN ALBERTOThe treatment of people who have problems derived from drug use is an issue that gains importance day by day, given its trend, which, without a doubt, shows a gradual increase with the passing of the years. The objective of this project was to describe the relationship between resilient factors and abstinence management in drug-dependent patients at the CETAD Never More Alone clinic in Jipijapa Canton. The research had a mixed nature, that is, it was under a qualitative-quantitative approach and was descriptive - explanatory and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 20 drug-dependent patients admitted to the aforementioned CETAD clinic. The Wagnild Resilience Scale (ER-14) test was applied to the study subjects to measure their level of resilience and analyze the resilient factors present in them, finding that 25% have a very high level of resilience; 60% have a high level of resilience and 15% have a normal level of resilience. An in-depth interview was also conducted, which allowed us to characterize the clinical manifestations of withdrawal in the patients studied. Finally, the relationship between the resilient factors and the approach to the withdrawal manifestations of the patients of the rehabilitation center was investigated, finding that such a relationship does exist and it was the strengthened resilient factors that they possess that allowed them to make the decision to leave. consumption and being able to cope with the hard process of abstinence within their rehabilitation.
