In the Bijahual community it is noticeable an exclusive dedication to the quotidian agricultural labor of traditional monoculture, denominated subsistence agriculture, without diversifying projection and of opening new types of livestock production and domestic poultry farms makes up a traditional natural system such as a family economic income in a no technical way, of low renderings. The alternative micro system of livestock production.. ADDING AN ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM FOR RAISING LIVESTOCK IN THE ARTISANAL BROILER’S WAY IN THE BIJAHUAL COMMUNITY, CALDERON BOUROGH, PORTOVIEJO COUNTY could become an effective option due to its rapid growth, its final weight and its easy alimentary conversion, that represents a productive and relevant activity with commercial plus an alimentary future. The Educational Fiscal Unit Bijahual like an academic center for development of the community with the unconditional support of the Grad. Líder Giler Robles Mg, Dean of the faculty and for his involvement with the surroundings for his level of petition by the community for the training, introduction and organization plus his implementation makes for a key factor in the development of the project. For this reason it was established and realized. socializing the alternative system of raising artisanal Broiler’s in Bijahual, develop the alternative model system in a Micro living storage of Broiler s artisanal raising in the fields of the Educational Fiscal Unit Bijahual. Evaluate the development and the results of the implementation of the project and stimulate the emulation of the living storage model. The project was of a theoretical and practical manner because the training and the process of livestock rising was developed in a parallel way. We determined to work with the 18 students of the second year of secondary school, like a future element to emulate, whom implemented two living storage in the place of San Vicente Bijahual. The Methodology describes the practical activities for the implementation of the Micro artisanal living environment with the raising for 50 live Broiler’s chickens. In which the automated systems of large living environments get adapted to a manual system, based in the theoretical exposed in the Frame of Reference, making exclusively in a Methodological Manual of Broiler s chickens in a Micro artisanal living storage. The Micro living storage build by workers with local materials makes up rooms with a micro climate included, in which it is possible to manually manage the internal temperature factors and the humidity in accordance with the necessity of the livestock in the process of growing. In difference with domestic birds, the living storage is a structure used for intensified technical raising and the obtainment of meat in the shortest time possible, to supply the alimentary economic necessities of the community, in which it was obtainable a factor of adequate conversion of 1, 62. The investment was of $ 1126,50 and the sustainability of the project is obtained in the second and third investment in a second and a third plot with a 30 % of positive credit with the sale of chicken weight by pounds. The living environments managed by its owners must be trained and the prices of supplies must not go up. The mechanism of commercialization of the community must be responsible and dynamic with the criterion of communal cooperation in order to avoid third parties of intermediates. The technical assistance of the global project is in charge of students of higher levels, graduated or professional in the area, with the proper remuneration, meaning that there is a Community Development and the creation of a source of work. The work was conducted field lasted for 42 days with 35 days being the first treatment seven days a period of adaptation of the chickens, the same that began December 3, 2012 until January 12, 2013, the adaptation period was 03 to December 10, 2012. All these treatment and control groups were handled in the same conditions. For statistical analysis we used ANOVA and Tukey test of significance 0.05%, highly significant differences were found in the variable feed intake of the second to the sixth week P = < 0.01%, whereas the treatment T1 (0, 20%) was the least consumed food in the third, fifth and sixth weeks, T2 (0.30%) in the second week and witness in the fourth week while in the other variables evaluated and studied show no difference significant treatment P = > 0.05%, the results obtained in the final phase the best weight gain at six weeks he got the Witness (516.09 ± 103.61.) (P = > 0.05%), while the T1 group (0.20%) (455.39 ± 170.65) gained less weight gain (2261). The feed conversion (P = > 0.05%) Control group presenting a lower rate of CA (1.72), while the group T3 was a higher rate of CA (2:10). In regards to the variables of slaughter, the carcass yield higher (P = 0.36) obtained as T3 treatment (75.90%), but between the treatment groups was the most relevant for the control 6 group (73.49%) while lower performance than I got the T1 (67.195%). The lowest percentage of reduction (P = > 0.05) won the T3 group (24.10%), while the T1 group (32.81%) had the highest percentage of shrinkage. Breast yield to the channel (P = > 0.05) was higher T2 group (37.23%) while the lowest carcass yield was shown by Control group (35.05%). In the performance of thigh (P = > 0.05) T3 group (14.88%) had the lowest yield, while higher-performance earned him the T1 group (17.81%), excelled in this variable between study treatments T2 (17.57%). and finally in the total abdominal fat percentage (P = > 0.05) had the highest percentage Witness group (2.15%), and the lowest percentage is obtained T3 group (1.91%). With respect to economic analysis the lowest cost per treatment was awarded to the group T1 (179.85 dollars), while the higher-cost investment was the Control group (203.24 dollars), the least cost supply (from day 0 to 42) was awarded to the group T1 ($ 117.59) and the Control group had the highest feed cost ($ 140.96). The more useful the group had T1 (45.31dólares) while the Control group scored lower earnings (27.55 dollars). The best cost-benefit it obtained in the group T1 (25.19 cents. Dollar), and the lowest cost-benefit what was the Control group (13.56 cents. Dollar).
