    Eating habits have made an abysmal difference in the lifestyle of the people who practice it, thus those who have proper eating habits enjoy good health and in most cases enviable physical states, however, there are also those who do the opposite, taking from an early age actions regarding their diet that are not recommended, causing their bodies to develop bad habits. The objective of this research is to design a program of physical and nutritional activities to improve the eating habits of the students of the Federico González Suárez Educational Unit. The study sample consisted of 92 people composed of 1 teacher responsible for the Physical Culture subject, 46 students and 45 parents belonging to parallel A and B of the third year of general basic education, as a data collection tool an interview with the teacher was applied, surveys to the 45 parents and the request to obtain data such as weight, age and height of the students to apply the BMI measurement tool. Among the significant results of the research, it was found that 39% of the students showed an alarming tendency to obesity, while 20% of the students were overweight. This made it clear that the lack of physical activity and the lack of parental control over the students' diet have a negative impact on their physical and mental development.
