    The present article aims to determine systems of actions that strengthen the habit of reading to students of general basic education so that from general readings can support the subjects of classes with assembly of exhibitions; That can illustrate readings through drawing and mainly can put their imagination into play through stories and legends. Such processing is only possible because of the knowledge and experiences contained in the reader's memory. As a result, the brain can make decisions regarding visual information and construct meaning for the text in question. The use depends on the experiences and stimuli that the child possesses. In addition to emphasizing how UNESCO, through its Regional and National Offices and its specialized institutes, works with its partners in the development of resources that can help 2 countries to develop effective ICTs for their educational policies, strategies and activities. The Organization also ensures that these strategies take into account the challenges posed by the digital divide and the needs of the most disadvantaged. The challenge is to effectively use these technologies to serve the interests of all students and the entire educational community.
