Abstract
Las relaciones humanas son una parte importante de la vida social,
política, laboral y económica de todo individuo, permitiendo ambientes
dinámicos y armoniosos, estas tienen sus principios en la sociedad del ser
humano, por ello, que si se vive en sociedad es fundamental relacionarse unos
con otros; a veces se lo hace cordialmente, otras de manera conflictiva y en
ocasiones con indiferencia.
Las buenas relaciones humanas entre un determinado grupo de
personas, se enfocan principalmente en la educación y la práctica de buenas
costumbres, que las caracterizan como rasgo esencial de la vida cotidiana de
toda persona, asegurando éxito y la eficiencia en la calidad de servicio que se
brinde u oferte a los usuarios.
El motivo que influyó a realizar este trabajo, se basó específicamente en
conocer de qué manera las relaciones humanas de las secretarias que laboran
en las instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Portoviejo influye en la calidad de
servicio que brindan, estudio que permitió identificar los factores que
influyen en la calidad de atención y establecer la importancia de la práctica de
las buenas relaciones humanas en la labor secretarial.

Para lograr el propósito del trabajo fue necesario utilizar la metodología
de investigación - acción, que permitió esclarecer y establecer la veracidad de
la misma, empleándose los métodos: bibliográfico, analítico y estadístico.

Human relationships are an important part of the social, political, labor and
economic life of every individual, allowing dynamic and harmonious
environments, these have their principles in the society of the human being,
therefore, if you live in society is essential to relate One with another;
Sometimes he does it cordially, sometimes in a conflictive way and sometimes
with indifference.
The good human relations between a certain group of people, they focus
mainly on the education and the practice of good customs, that characterize
them like essential feature of the daily life of every person, assuring success and
the efficiency in the quality of service that is Offer or offer to users.
The motive that influenced this work, was based specifically on how the
human relations of the secretaries working in the public institutions of the city
of Portoviejo influences the quality of service they provide, a study that allowed
to identify the factors that Influence the quality of care and establish the
importance of the practice of good human relations in the secretarial work.
In order to achieve the purpose of the work, it was necessary to use the
methodology of research - action, which allowed to clarify and establish the
