dc.description El trabajo de investigación bajo la modalidad de Proyecto de Investigación consistió en GESTIÓN POR RESULTADOS DEL ÁREA ADMINISTRATIVA DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN SANTA ANA, EN EL PERIODO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE EL 1 DE ENERO AL 31 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2017. El fin de esta labor fue demostrar que la institución cumplió los objetivos del área mencionada en el periodo correspondiente al año 2017, para su realización se inició con la descripción de la gestión por resultados y del área administrativa; con el fin de evidenciar y evaluar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas que se encontraban establecidos en el periodo fiscal de estudio, fijándose así una nueva concepción de gestión por resultados. Figurando entre las actividades que se desarrollaron para el progreso de la investigación, la literatura relacionada al tema, la visualización del plan estratégico de la institución, los principales procesos del área administrativa nos dieron a conocer si se estructuran las responsabilidades designadas en la organización. La metodología utilizada fue de campo ya que para llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes nos dirigimos a la Municipalidad del Cantón Santa Ana, en donde realizamos las respectivas entrevistas a los funcionarios del área señalada, y también las encuestas a los usuarios de los servicios, a partir de esto pudimos tabular los datos y obtener los resultados con respecto a la opinión de los beneficiarios. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos se evidenció que el departamento de Talento Humano realiza periódicamente evaluaciones de satisfacción de servicio, sin embargo, en referencia a las encuestas a los usuarios, se refleja insatisfacción en tanto a la asistencia de los funcionarios, ya que no complace la totalidad de sus requerimientos. El área de Gestión Administrativa en consecuencia planifica y desarrolla estrategias y actividades que garanticen el logro de los objetivos y el cumplimiento de estos, mediante la evaluación del desempeño de los servidores, siendo esta una herramienta que contribuye notablemente a la gestión por resultados es
dc.description.abstract The research work under the Research Project modality consisted of RESULTS MANAGEMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF THE AUTONOMOUS DECENTRALIZED MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SANTA ANA CANTON, IN THE PERIOD UNDER JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2017. The purpose of this work was to demonstrate that the institution fulfilled the objectives of the aforementioned area in the period corresponding to the year 2017, for its realization began with the description of management by results and the administrative area; in order to demonstrate and evaluate the fulfillment of the objectives and goals that were established in the fiscal period of study, thus establishing a new concept of management by results. Among the activities that were developed for the progress of the research, the literature related to the topic, the visualization of the strategic plan of the institution, the main processes of the administrative area let us know if the designated responsibilities in the organization are structured. The methodology used was field because to reach the relevant conclusions and recommendations we went to the Municipality of the Santa Ana Canton, where we conducted the respective interviews to the officials of the area indicated, and also the surveys to the users of the services, from this we were able to tabulate the data and obtain the results regarding the opinion of the beneficiaries. Regarding the results obtained, it was evidenced that the Human Talent department periodically evaluates the satisfaction of the service, however, in reference to the user surveys, dissatisfaction is reflected in the attendance of the staff, as it does not please the totality of your requirements.
