Abstract

They told Maturation tanks with heaters for the maintenance of the optimum temperature for the maturation process, fitted with a system of ventilation. The broodstock fish were acquired from pools of chame property of the Technologist Mario Zambrano located in the new site Briceño of the canton of San Vicente, here are captured a total of 20 black tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), between males and females, after receiving it they were subjected to a selection process based on morphological characters, subsequently the sexing to the agencies. Each female spawned an average of 300 eggs from which it was obtained a percentage of 75% survival of fingerlings.
