| dc.description | El siguiente trabajo de titulación con la modalidad de desarrollo comunitario tiene como objetivo principal el asesoramiento técnico para la adquisición de reactivos y materiales para la congelación de semen en diferentes especies en el laboratorio de reproducción de la Facultad de Ciencias Veterinarias. Para que esta tesis se pudiera realizar se obtuvo 1 diluyente de semen bovino OPTIXCELL IMV, pajuelas vacías IMV 0.50 CC x unidad, canuto para globet de inseminación 9.2/10 MM, destilador de agua 4 litros 220v y accesorios, micropipeta vv 20-200 UL GP y soporte universal de micropipetas 8pts. La aportación de estos materiales/equipos cumplirán un rol importante en la congelación del semen utilizados para la inseminación artificial que se llevará a cabo en el laboratorio de biotecnologías reproductivas de la FCV cuyo objetivo principal es proporcionar el conocimiento necesario a los futuros estudiantes para que desempeñen funciones de manera satisfactoria | |
| dc.description.abstract | The following degree work with the modality of community development has as its main objective the technical advice for the acquisition of reagents and materials for the freezing of semen in different species in the reproduction laboratory of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences. In order for this thesis to be carried out, 1 OPTIXCELL IMV bovine semen extender, IMV empty straws 0.50 CC x unit, canute for insemination globet 9.2/10 MM, water distiller 4 liters 220v and accessories, micropipette vv 20-200 UL GP and universal micropipette holder 8pts were obtained. The contribution of these materials/equipment will play an important role in the freezing of semen used for artificial insemination to be carried out in the laboratory of reproductive biotechnologies of the FCV whose main objective is to provide the necessary knowledge to future students to perform functions in a satisfactory manner. | |
