Abstract
The development of the present titling work was focused on promoting art and culture in the university community with the construction of the mural "mosaic in ceramics" that allows to give life to an inert wall, thus improving the ornament of our beloved alma mater. With this work, much emphasis was placed on generating a great visual impact that encourages the entire university family to enrich their knowledge about the history of art to discover their different manifestations through history and the contribution it provides to strengthen the appearance Culture of the people and thus to be able to know and assimilate
the value that these represent and that we must strive to conserve them and to continue transmitting from generation to generation this type of manifestations that enrich our peoples. Within the execution of this work we tried to represent the most outstanding personages of one of the most outstanding processes of the history of the republic of Ecuador, "the liberal revolution" headed by its maximum leader the general Eloy Alfaro Delgado next to his montoneros Where the most prominent women who contributed in that libertarian process were represented for the first time next to Alfaro, Isabel Muentes the montecristense, and Filomena Chavez "the Indian" of Portoviejo along with them Flavio Alfaro nephew of Eloy and Pedro Montero "the tiger of Bulubulu "One of the most faithful fighters in the ranks of the general, both of Montecristi, thus commemorating that historic triumph that brought about a radical change in the history of our nation. The conclusions that were pointed out in this work are a great help to understand the importance of constructing a "mosaic in ceramic" mural to improve the ornamentation of the Technical University of Manabí and at the same time to promote art and culture inside and outside of The university community.

El desarrollo del presente trabajo de titulación estuvo enfocado en fomentar el arte y la cultura en la comunidad universitaria con la construcción del mural “mosaico en cerámica” que permite dar vida a una pared inerte, mejorando así el ornato de nuestra querida alma mater. Con este trabajo, se puso mucho énfasis en generar un gran impacto visual que incentive a toda la familia universitaria a enriquecer sus conocimientos sobre la historia del arte para descubrir sus diferentes manifestaciones a través de la historia y el aporte que esta brinda para fortalecer el aspecto cultura de los pueblos y así poder conocer y asimilar el valor que estas representan y que hay que esforzarse por conservarlas y seguirlas transmitiendo de generaciones en generaciones este tipo de manifestaciones que enriquecen a nuestros pueblos. Dentro de la ejecución de este trabajo se buscó representar a los personajes más destacados de uno de los procesos más sobresalientes de la historia de la república del Ecuador, “la revolución liberal” encabezada por su máximo líder el general Eloy Alfaro Delgado junto a sus montoneros donde se representó por primera vez junto a Alfaro a las mujeres más destacadas que contribuyeron en aquel proceso libertario, Isabel Muentes la
montecristense, y Filomena Chávez “la india” portovejense junto a ellas Flavio Alfaro sobrino de Eloy y Pedro Montero “el tigre de Bulubulu” uno de los combatientes más fieles en las filas del general, ambos de Montecristi, conmemorando así aquel triunfo histórico que provoco un cambio radical en la historia de nuestra nación. Las conclusiones que se puntualizaron en este trabajo constituyen de gran ayuda para entender la importancia de construir un mural “mosaico en cerámica” para lograr mejorar el ornato de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí y al mismo tiempo fomentar el arte y la cultura dentro y fuera de la comunidad universitaria.
