| dc.description | The professional performance of the Executive Secretaries working in the public sector institutions of the city of Portoviejo is characterized by the fulfillment of their administrative tasks developed with efficiency and effectiveness, demonstrating in each activity agility, ability and skills that typify their performance as Excellent. Its work is carried out according to the needs and demands of the current competitive world, which demands responsible, competitive, proactive professionals with the capacity to create, innovate and implement ideas, which represent the success chart for achieving institutional development. The motive that led to this work was based specifically on the professional performance of the Executive Secretaries of the public sector of the city of Portoviejo and its influence on institutional development, which allowed to know that the administrative activities developed by the professional in secretariat are Extremely important. Based on this, a general objective was to analyze the influence of the professional performance of the executive secretary on the institutional development of public enterprises in the city of Portoviejo, an objective XVI that was achieved by applying 86 tokens distributed as follows: 40 Executive Secretaries of the public institutions of the city of Portoviejo, 16 authorities and 30 users. To achieve the success of the work, it was necessary to use the propositive diagnostic methodology, using the investigative, analytical and participatory method, which allowed to draw the conclusion that the work performance of the Executive Secretaries in the institutions: Property Registry of Canton Portoviejo, National Corporation (CNEL), Technical University of Manabí (UTM), Municipality of Portoviejo and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Aquaculture and Fisheries, (MAGAP) is excellent, demonstrating constancy and responsibility. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El desempeño profesional de las Secretarias Ejecutivas que laboran en las instituciones del sector público de la ciudad de Portoviejo, se caracteriza por el cumplimiento de sus labores administrativas desarrolladas con eficiencia y eficacia, demostrando en cada actividad agilidad, habilidad y destrezas que tipifican su desempeño como excelente. Su trabajo se realiza de acuerdo a las necesidades y exigencias del mundo competitivo actual, que demanda profesionales responsables, competitivas, proactivas, con capacidad de crear, innovar e implementar ideas, que representan la carta del éxito para el logro del desarrollo institucional. El motivo que indujo a realizar este trabajo se basó específicamente en el desempeño profesional de las Secretarías Ejecutivas del sector público de la ciudad de Portoviejo y su influencia en el desarrollo institucional, lo que permitió conocer que las actividades administrativas que desarrolla la profesional en secretariado son sumamente importantes. Basada en esto se planteó un objetivo general que consistió en Analizar la influencia del desempeño profesional de la secretaria ejecutiva en el desarrollo institucional de las empresas públicas de la ciudad de Portoviejo, objetivo que se logró cumplir aplicando 86 fichas distribuidas de la siguiente manera: 40 Secretarias Ejecutivas de las instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Portoviejo, 16 autoridades y 30 usuarios. Para lograr el éxito del trabajo fue necesario utilizar la metodología diagnóstico propositiva, empleando el método investigativo, analítico y participativo, que permitió sacar la conclusión que el desempeño laboral de las Secretarias Ejecutivas en las instituciones: Registraduría de la propiedad del Cantón Portoviejo, Corporación Nacional de Electricidad, (CNEL), Universidad Técnica de Manabí (UTM), Municipio de Portoviejo y Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca, (MAGAP , es excelente, demostrando constancia y responsabilidad. | es_ES |
