| dc.description | El objetivo de la investigación fue caracterizar de forma acuciosa desde el punto de vista de la comunidad transgenero de la ciudad de Portoviejo la cuestión de inserción laboral abarcada desde la problemática social de los involucrados. La investigación se desarrolló mediante un enfoque mixto. Para determinar la muestra se la establece con un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, de los cuales se determinan 38 personas de sexo masculino, autodefinidos transgenero, con una edad promedio de 25 años de edad; para aportar resultados minuciosos los investigadores deciden aplicar la técnica de encuesta abierta. Los resultados evidencian la discriminación que existe por parte de empleadores y de la comunidad general hacia las personas trans, basada en algunos prejuicios arraigados en la conducta social manabita y ecuatoriana por lo que el grupo considera oportuno la sensibilización que permita superar estas brechas sociales. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research was to characterize, from the point of view of the transgendered community of the city of Portoviejo, the issue of labor insertion encompassed from the social problems of those involved. The research was developed through a mixed approach. To determine the sample, it is established with a simple random probabilistic sampling, of which 38 male individuals, self-defined transgendered, with an average age of 25 years of age are determined; to provide meticulous results the researchers decide to apply the open survey technique. The results show the discrimination that exist on the part of employers and of the general community towards the trans people, based on some prejudices rooted in the social conduct of Manabi and Ecuador, reason why the group considers opportune the sensitization that allows to overcome these social gaps. | |
