Control de inventarios y su repercusión en la rentabilidad de la Panadería y pastelería PAN Y CANELA de la ciudad de Manta, en el periodo 2018-2019.

Abstract

This study was developed with the objective of analyzing inventory control and its impact on the profitability of the PAN Y CANELA bakery and pastry shop in the city of Manta, in the period 2018-2019. The type of research used is descriptive, it was of great importance because it described the reasons for which the situations and events that have caused the problem within the company are being generated. A non-experimental design was applied because the changes in the independent variable have already occurred and the researchers have to limit themselves to observing existing situations given the inability to influence the variables and their effects. Each and every one of the people who make up the company was considered as a population, including employees, the administrator and the accountant. It was concluded that the Pan & Canela bakery and pastry shop depends to a great extent on its inventory, without this it would not be possible to generate income and profitability of the company, in addition, that the quality of the products can allow competitiveness in the market and its growth. Recommending to periodically use tools such as process improvement, which allows managing high levels of quality, increasing competitiveness, reducing costs and increasing profitability, always directing efforts to meet customer needs and expectations.
