Auditoría Administrativa a los Procesos de Selección de Personal de la Empresa Centro Naturista Doctor en Casa S.A Rocafuerte, Nuevo Paquisha, Provincia De Manabí, período 2017.

Abstract

The objective of carrying out an administrative audit of the personnel selection processes of the company “Centro Naturista Doctor en Casa SA” Rocafuerte, Nuevo Paquisha, province of Manabí, 2017 period, is to evaluate the different activities involved in this process to determine its truthfulness For this reason, it begins with a bibliographic investigation of the concepts of administrative auditing and human talent, and subsequently begins the execution of the control action. To this end, it is based on evaluating the internal control system of the process, identifying and applying evaluation techniques, obtaining levels of confidence and risk rating, to expose it in a final report, which will contain the results obtained in the audit and will allow issuing comments, conclusions and their respective recommendations. Finally, based on the results obtained, a proposal of the procedure that must be carried out at the time of recruitment and selection of personnel for the Doctor Naturist Center at Home company has been proposed, which will contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the use of resources
