Abstract
This work was carried out in the poultry area of the Animal Production Department of the Technical University of Manabí; with the objective of evaluating different levels of an enzymatic complex (Probioenzyme R) in the balanced feed at saber 0, 200, 300 and 400 gr / Tm, its effect on the productive yield and the cost benefit; 200 commercial chickens of the Cobb 500 line without sexing were used, during 42 days, in a three-stage food program (initial 1-21, growth 22-35 and fattening 36-42 days). For experimental purposes, breeding, management standards, biosecurity and animal welfare are carried out. It was considered a completely randomized DCA design. For the analysis of the data, an ANOVA was performed and to determine the difference between the tukey media (P <0.05), the present investigation consists of four treatments and five repetitions with 10 units or chickens. With the evaluation determination the flock's productive behavior such as: final weight (PF), feed conversion (CA), carcass yield (RC), breast weight (PP), thigh (PM) and cost benefit (CB ) Analyzing the results obtained; no statistical difference (PF), (CA), (RC), (PP), (PM) was found and in terms of cost benefit the results were negative in the present investigation, the use of enzymes in the present work did not influence in the productive behavior of the birds, possibly the raw materials used for food processing and the climatic conditions of Lodana did not allow to improve the productive parameters. Keywords: enzyme complex, chickens, productive behavior.
