Abstract

In this project took into consideration studies Business Plan, Technical Administrative Law Firm, Financial, and Environmental, which could determine the feasibility of installing a meat processing plant in the Cantón Chone products, projecting ten years. In determining the environmental impact LEOPOLD Matrix where negative and positive impacts in which the negative environmental management Plan that does not affect the ecosystem were taken were valued was used. According to the study Financial Net Present Value 24,740.61, therefore the value is greater thann zero means that the project is viable and an Internal Rate of Return of 29%. So the project amounts to pay such a high interest rate means you are in an acceptable range, as the country is admissible in the interest rate between 12 and 17%.
