Abstract
Es necesario que el maestro pueda crear en el aula una atmósfera que invite a todos a investigar, a aprender, a construir su aprendizaje, y no sólo a seguir lo que él hace o dice. El rol del maestro no es sólo proporcionar información y controlar la disciplina, sino ser un mediador entre el alumno y el ambiente. Dejando de ser el protagonista del aprendizaje para pasar a ser el guía o acompañante del alumno. Es por eso que cumplir con las adaptaciones curriculares se convierte en el punto clave para fortalecer la educación inclusiva en las instituciones educativas, sean estas públicas o privadas. Es por eso que el propósito del presente trabajo de titulación denominado: EL ROL DEL DOCENTE Y SU APORTE EN LA EDUCACIÓN INCLUSIVA DE LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DEL CENTRO EDUCATIVO CÉSAR DELGADO LUCAS, DEL FLORÓN Nº 1, CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO, busca que el rol de docente esté basado en las adaptaciones curriculares para favorecer de manera positiva la educación inclusiva de los y las estudiantes. Se necesitó la participación directa de los estudiantes y docentes para lograr alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, los mismos que se consolidaron mediante la técnica de observación, aplicación de encuestas para la obtención de resultados reales y pertinentes, además de la entrevista a la directora de la institución educativa y la aplicación de la guía de observación durante una jornada de clase, que al finalizar la misma sirvieron como aporte significativo para elaborar las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. La investigación se estructuró en varios acápites con el desarrollo de un marco teórico que contiene el desarrollo de sus dos variables como son El rol del docente, que es el maestro, el profesor como mediador, las principales características del docente mediador, actividades que debe desempeñar un docente en la práctica pedagógica, el docente como apoyo a los aprendices activos, funciones de docentes y estudiantes en el proceso educativo; así como también de su segunda variable educación inclusiva, qué es la inclusión, orígenes de la educación especial, la diversidad, las necesidades educativas especiales y la atención a la diversidad, necesidades educativas especiales y el nuevo rol de los apoyos, educar en y para la diversidad, diseño curricular inclusivo: componentes del currículo para todos, adaptaciones

That is why the purpose of the present titling work denominated: THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER AND ITS CONTRIBUTION IN THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE EDUCATIONAL CENTER CÉSAR DELGADO LUCAS, DEL FLORÓN Nº 1, CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO, seeks that the role of teacher Is based on curricular adaptations to positively favor the inclusive education of students. It required the direct participation of students and teachers in order to achieve the proposed objectives, which were consolidated through the technique of observation, the application of surveys to obtain actual and relevant results, in addition to the interview with the director of the institution Educational and the application of the observation guide during a class day, which at the end of the same served as a significant contribution to elaborate the respective conclusions and recommendations. The research was structured in several sections with the development of a theoretical framework that contains the development of its two variables such as the role of the teacher, who is the teacher, the teacher as mediator, the main characteristics of the mediator teacher, activities to play A teacher in pedagogical practice, the teacher as support for active learners, roles of teachers and students in the educational process, As well as their second variable inclusive education, what is inclusion, origins of special education, diversity, special educational needs and attention to diversity, special educational needs and the new role of supports, educating in and for Diversity, inclusive curricular design: components of the curriculum for all, curricular adaptations. This work seeks to make the process of inclusive education in all its spheres, based on the fulfillment of the role of the teacher through the curricular adaptations providing a quality and inclusive education.
