    El proceso administrativo del GAD parroquial San Sebastián y su incidencia en la gestión organizacional de la institución. Año 2015.

    This research referred to the San Sebastian parish GAD administrative process and its impact on the organizational management of the institution in the year 2015, sought to explain how this process and how he applied it improves or hinders the management of the entity in study. So a target general or global with which to analyze the administrative process of the parish GAD San Sebastian was raised and with it there is an incidence in the administrative management of the institution itself, to achieve this goal I breakdown it is in three specific objectives which identify the management model used so far by the parish GAD to develop their administrative process then to establish compliance with the administrative and organizational management of the San Sebastian parish GAD and finally to investigate the levels of acceptance of the community with respect to the style of leadership of the authority of the parish GAD San Sebastian. To obtain reliable results scientific, non-experimental method was used, relied mainly on the observation of the phenomenon as it occurs in its natural context to analyze it later, analytic - synthetic because we studied the facts from the decomposition of the object of study in each of their parties to study individually (analysis), and then those parts will be integrated to study so holistic and integral (synthesis). This study used observation as techniques in site, interview with the directors and collaborators of the GAD San Sebastian and the survey for users of the entity. As instruments used the questionnaire with structured questions for interviews and surveys, various sources of bibliographic information. With all these inputs was the identification of the management model used so far by the GAD parish to develop their administrative process and verify its effectiveness to align the processes to organizational strategy, San Sebastian was established compliance with the administrative and organizational parish GAD management San Sebastian and the investigation of the levels of acceptance of the community with respect to the style of leadership of the authority of the parish GAD with allowed him to visualize the effectiveness of his work at the head of the organization.
