SOFTWARE CLÍNICO- ADMINISTRATIVO PARA CENTROS DE SALUD VISUAL IMPLEMENTANDO UN SCANNER BIOMÉTRICO DE ROSTRO

In this work, a software was designed for the administrative and clinical part of the visual health centers which will have a biometric face scanner based on artificial intelligence, guiding us in the needs and requirements of the simulation clinic of the Technical University of Manabí and in some visual health centers. Developed under the methodology of Design Thinking and Electronical Health Records to provide the professional with access to the system and easier and easier to learn, the programming languages that were used for the development of clinical-administrative software were Php, Python and JavaScript and the Django framework programming language was used for Artificial Intelligence. It has a high quality graphical interface that will allow you to have a higher resolution when registering patient data before, during and after care. Facial recognition will not compromise the privacy of any patient as it will be only and exclusively for the registration of clinical data, in addition to the patient being protected by Habeas Data law. A survey of the owners of several visual health centers was carried out to identify their needs and, together with this, the software could be modified according to their requirements.
