    The study called "The Operation Administration in the company "Burneo Export" of the santo domingo canton and its impact on the Quality Management of perishable export products" was carried out seeking to understand the connection between these processes and the impact they can have on the productivity of this company. The macro objective of the research was to analyze the Operation Administration in the company "Burneo Export" of the Santo Domingo canton and its impact on the Quality Management of perishable export products, which was divided into three specific objectives, with the first described the elements of the Operations Administration that make up the production process of the company under study , with the second identified the quality management procedures that are carried out in the company "Burneo Export" and with the third were proposed, based on the results obtained, technical recommendations to improve the problem detected in the company "Burneo Export". The work was applied, quantitative, field and documentary, its design was transsectional and not experimental. The population or universe of this study was made up of two managers (operations administration area and quality management area) and 18 collaborators. Data collection techniques were interview and survey, using a questionnaire. The methods used were the ethnographic and the statistical method. For the processing and tabulation of the data obtained, the statistical program SPSS was used, with which the tables and statistical graphs were elaborated for a better understanding of the problem.
