The present work under the research modality entitled "INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADOPTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN RELATION TO THE INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE COMPANY ATUNERA MANABITA FISHCORP S.A.”. The objective was to describe the infrastructure and adoption of information and communication technologies in relation to the internal control system of the tuna company Manabita FISHCORP SA, so it began with the definition of ICTs, as well as their evolution, concept, importance, in the same way with the internal control, its elements, objectives, components, which helped us when fulfilling our specific objectives as well as the appropriate controls for the proper use and management of the information. The applied methodology which of exploratory and descriptive type; using the respective techniques such as the interview and survey, for the collection of information concluding that companies, whatever their nature, are prone to information theft, alteration of records, computer fraud, among others, so it is necessary to have tools implemented to help them protect these computing assets
