    LA PRODUCCIÓN DE DESECHOS SÓLIDOS INORGÁNICOS EN LA CIUDAD DE PORTOVIEJO Y SU IMPACTO EN LA GENERACIÓN DE EMPLEOS EN EL PERÍODO 2013-2014

    The research entitled "Production of inorganic solid waste in the city of Portoviejo and its impact on job creation in the period 2013-2014", it is developed in the city of Portoviejo, mainly considering the opinion of persons skilled in this field and particularly those who are involved in recycling activities. The structure consists of the same abstract; introduction; planning problem, background; justification; problem formulation; general and specific purpose; initial immersion in the field; conception of the study design (methodology); definition of the initial sample of the study and access; data collection; analysis of data; interpretation of results; and development of this earnings release. The objective of this research was to "determine the production of inorganic solid waste in the city of Portoviejo and its impact on job creation in the period 2013-2014". It was used for this purpose a quali - quantitative approach to explain the fundamental relationships of the variables under study (Production of inorganic solid waste - Impact on job creation). We worked with a sample of 285 people who formed the group of people (chamberos) dedicated daily to the recycling of inorganic solid waste, in addition to this, 18 people representing the group of owners of local recyclers in the canton Portoviejo. The techniques used were: surveys of groups described in the preceding paragraph, the general results reflect: that this activity generates direct proper use approximately 47 people working in local recyclers of this county and particularly in the city as well 990 recyclers - chamberos 18 people and owners of local recyclers. In short, this is an activity that employs more than one thousand people chamberos, owners of local recyclers, who work in them, as who do not regularly; allowing some extent satisfy the basic needs of chamberitos in a 85.97% and maintain the system of life that has your household. These results allow the following conclusions: The activity of inorganic solid waste recycling in Portoviejo, allows both chamberos as the owners of local buyers of recycling, have a source of employment which is increasing every day; also that this is an activity that generates employment for approximately a thousand people. Given these results a proposal to stable work of the recyclers in the city of Portoviejo effect of urban solid waste it arises.
