Item"Inclusión de aminoácidos sintéticos con reducción de proteína bruta en la alimentación de pollos Cobb-500"(Facultad de Ciencias Veterinarias > Carrera de Medicina Veterinaria, 2021) Mendoza Zambrano, Nixòn Gabriel ; Ponce Cevallos, Cristhian EmirThis work was carried out at the El Robusto Farm, located in the Calderón parish of the Portoviejo canton, Manabí province. The objective of the research was to analyze the inclusion of synthetic amino acids with reduction of crude protein, for which different levels of crude protein (CP) were used Initial Stage T0 (22%), T1 (20%), T2 (18%) , T3 (16%); Growth Stage T0 (20%), T1 (18%), T2 (16%), T3 (14%); Fattening Stage T0 (18%), T1 (16%), T2 (14%), T3 (12%), and its effect on productive performance and cost benefit; 200 unsexed birds were used from 1 day of age to 42 days, a completely randomized design (DCA) was used, with 3 treatments plus 1 control group, 5 repetitions with 10 chicks, a 3-stage feeding system was used ( initial 1-21, growth 22-35 and fattening 36-42 days). Productive parameters were calculated such as: final body weight (PCF), feed conversion (CA), mortality percentage, carcass yield (CR), abdominal fat (GA), breast, thigh and wing yield, cost-benefit ratio (CB) and European Efficiency Factor (FEE). The birds treated with 16% CP correspond to T1, which in the final stage achieved the best weight with (2.8280 Kg), showing a statistically significant difference (P <0.05), and better feed conversion with (1.83); in the same way, the best carcass weight was achieved with (1.9730 Kg), but the best carcass performance was obtained by the T2 group with (70.59%); the weight and performance corresponds to an average of breast, thigh, wing and abdominal fat was obtained by the T1 group. The best profitability obtained was with the T1 group, treated with 20% CP at the beginning, 18% in growth and 16% in fattening, with a benefit / cost ratio of (1/23), as well as the best European efficiency index with (366.90). With this, it will be possible to determine that the T1 achieve an optimal productive response of the chickens, in relation to the productive parameters evaluated in the present research work.
