Cheese is the staple food in the Manabitas families, as it is a typical product of the province. Livestock is the name that identifies the product offered by the company La Agropecuaria, whose flavor has achieved with the acceptance required by consumers. in carrying out the market study it was possible to verify that the Portovejense population does not know in its entirety the product offered by the company La Agropecuaria. For people who acquire this type of food is recognized the brands that have a nationwide advertising. In order to obtain data in the market study, a number of people were chosen, they were given a tasting test and in this way they were able to capture the flavor and characteristics of the cheese in the economic evaluation took into consideration each one of the Income, costs, and expenses generated in the production periods of the cheese, in addition to the investment necessary to start up the factory. According to the obtained results it was possible to determine that the project is not economically profitable if it is dedicated only to the line of the Produciéndolo cheese in the two days established as they do today.
