    The Zafiro Ecolodge inn is an establishment surrounded by nature that provides accommodation to all kinds of people, specifically tourists looking for new environments to relax and enjoy varied cuisine typical of the area they visit. It should be noted that the Zafiro Ecolodge inn lacks a safety and industrial hygiene plan for workers, who are exposed to various risk situations in the work areas where they carry out their daily activities, unaware of the damage that could harm them. That is why it is extremely important to consider the industrial safety and hygiene plan for risk prevention in line with what the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS) contemplates that companies must ensure the well-being of their workers. Complementary to that, after having analyzed the results obtained individually in each interview and matrix carried out at the Zafiro Ecolodge, it is extremely necessary that the Industrial Safety and Hygiene plan be implemented, considering that 85% of the workers agree with this and the responses they issued reveal that the staff is not fully trained in safety and industrial hygiene issues. Hence, operational and action plans are proposed with the aim of giving the necessary guidelines to execute it, preventing accidents and/or professional illnesses that may occur.
