Risk prevention for several years has been a reference of study in several institutions where its main application is the safety of its employees inside and outside these, the main objective of this research was to develop a plan for the prevention of risks of work at height of the technical department of CNEL Manabi, the main method used to achieve the main objective was the Iper matrix with this the respective data collection was settled with the aim that this favors a better understanding of the risks involved, the same that denote the identification of hazards, evaluation, control, The main objective of this proposal is to establish a practical guide for the workers of the company CENEL de Manabí of the Occupational Risk Prevention Services, which will serve to homologate, standardize and improve the quality of the work done at height in the company CNEL Manabí, that serves to standardize, mitigate and facilitate the process of assessing the health status of management personnel who work at heights during their workday, in order to detect the main causes of accidents that may interfere with these tasks or endanger the integrity of the personnel.
