    The problems of the environment and the disasters have become one of the biggest political, economic, scientific and educational concerns from the contemporary time to world level. It is needed to work sostenidamente for the protection of the environment and to reduce the risks before the disasters, as well as to get ready to act before the emergencies and to work simultaneously to assist the man's health, and to improve the quality of life. The studies and realized investigations have facilitated the obtaining of results on practical works in the environmental education in the schools, the communities, but not linked to the prevention of the natural disasters and caused by the man. In correspondence with him previously expressed, the problem was diagnosed: How does to reduce the risk have more than enough disasters and to give the school security in the children and the educational community of the school "Rafael María Mendoza" of the parish Portoviejo, in the canton Portoviejo, Ecuador? It was elaborated and it executed the project of "Administration of the risk for disasters" whose main objective went to contribute to reduce the risks for disasters, in order to diminish the insecurity and to improve the quality of life in this educational community. For their execution the methodology of the logical mark was used that allowed to have pursuit and to see advances of the project taking into account the objectives, results and activities During the planning, intervention and evaluation of the activities that were developed it was permanent the motivation, participation and collaboration, so much of the directives of the facility, professors, and students, as well as of the institutions involved in the topic like DIPLASEDE, Civil Defense, and Body of Firemen.
