In this institution we take a sample of 130 medical records in where the most affected age group is 18 to 32 years, representing 56.92% and the sex that predominates is male with a 51.54%. Most cases are of the Cantonal header "Portoviejo", with 31.54%, the level of instruction is the primary 24.62%, which indicates that there is little knowledge about transmission of the disease. Integral care services are partiallyprovided, because the 69.23% of the patients were not served the care according to the parameters established within the rules of the MSP. With this research we can indicate that despite the existence of established standards for integral care of PLWHA, the health service is sensitized, but not engaged and empowered in its entirety, which leads to the vulnerability of the patient's health status, due to increased risk factors and user dissatisfaction for the service received.
