It was important to remark and to describe the characteristics of the Beaches and their potentials located in each a that you/they give us an antecedent of the techniques that the makers of tourism use to carry out their activities daily. In the first chapter he/she was carried out a brief analysis of the project remarking what was made in the development of this investigation. The second chapter understands the Marco Referential, Theoretical and Conceptual where all the concerning one was included to the handmade fishing in general form of the Ecuador and particularizing in the place of this study like he/she is San Hyacinth and San Clemente. In the third chapter the methodological design was described used in the development of this investigation, as well as the techniques employees, to obtain the number of tourists and local interviewed makers of tourism, to carry out the tabulation and analysis of this study. In the fourth chapter it was demonstrated by means of the statistical squares and later on by means of the analysis, the reality of the Marketing in the tourist sector of San Hyacinth and San Clemente reason of this study. The problems that were detected in this investigation, are based in the proposal for in an innovative way to improve the socio economic level of the problems of the operability of the tourism in San Hyacinth and San merciful. Finally the conclusions and recommendations were formulated that they helped the population that operates and it generates revenues thanks to the arrival of tourists in these paradisiac beaches.
