ItemClima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa epapar, Rocafuerte, Manabí(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2021) Aviléz Vélez, Génesis Bellaneira ; Alarcón Posligua, Jennifer Victoria ; Esquivel García, Renierhe present investigation was carried out in order to know if within the public drinking water and sewerage company of the Rocafuerte canton, the organizational climate and job satisfaction were related to each other. This study was of a descriptive, documentary, field research type. Non-experimental and transectional design. As data collection techniques, the interview was applied which is directed to the manager of the EPAPAR company and a questionnaire of nineteen questions directed to the administrative staff. The sample used for this study was six people, which is the total of the administrative staff and the manager of the company. The applied methods were the ethnographic, biographical, and scientific method. For data processing and analysis, it was tabulated using an Excel 2013 spreadsheet in which the results obtained were plotted. The results showed that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction through a chi-square test with a 10.37> 9.4877, thus obtaining an acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, that is, if there is a relationship between the mentioned variables. Also, it was learned that the EPAPAR company manages a good organizational climate where its staff can communicate, feel satisfied with well-being at work, with the structure of the company, among other dimensions. To solve the problem, it is recommended to develop an incentive plan that allows you unanimously to feel involved and satisfied with your actions and work occupations.
