Abstract

The present titration work is applied to the Transportation Cooperative of Manabitas Independent Associated Taxis MIA No. 55 of the city of Portoviejo, whose objective is to provide a transport service to the community inside and outside the city. In the research work proposed a solution to problems that the cooperative goes through in terms of variables such as: planning, organization, management, control and financial accounting processes, through the proposal of the creation of a Manual of Administrative Financial Processes. This proposal establishes the implementation of a tool whose purpose is that the Transportation Cooperative of Associated Independent Manabitas Taxis MIA N ° 55 adopt a methodology of organizational order, process and respect the functions of the personnel, that when applied in a Correct control will allow effective control of economic, financial and administrative policies with which the integrity of the institution can be safeguarded. The proposal starts by identifying the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that the organization is going through, for which it was provided with practical solutions, to minimize problems evidenced in the initial diagnosis. Based on a theoretical mechanism provided by the intellect of bibliographic authors, it is intended that the members of the organization possess enough knowledge to correctly manage the resources of the cooperative in all its areas. The proposal establishes, as well as the vision, mission, values and policies for the organization, as well as the proposed organizational chart and then the design of the manual describing the different positions, their levels, functions, responsibilities and also the profile that the applicant should have for that position. Therefore the adequacy of a financial administrative manual for the Cooperativa de Transporte de Taxis Manabitas Independientes Asociados MIA No. 55 of the city of Portoviejo will serve as the direction to perform efficiently and effectively the administrative processes, which will allow it to achieve objectives and goals. raised, as well as maximize the profits for its members, having as a fundamental axis the quality of service for its customers.
