Abstract

The professional profile of the Library Career has given Ecuadorian society professionals with diverse skills in the field of librarianship and information science which has allowed them to be inserted in different Institutions, both public and private. The present research work has as general objective, To determine the incidence of the professional profile in the labor insertion of the graduates of the Career of Librarianship and Information Sciences, of the Technical University of Manabí. The work consists of five chapters, the first chapter consists of introduction - problem statement, background, justification, general objective, specific objectives. The second chapter consists of the theoretical description of the study variables of the research project. The third chapter consists of the methodology described in the variables, type of study, methodological design, techniques and instruments, population, sample and resources. The fourth chapter is composed of the analysis, interpretation and discussion of results The fifth consists of the conclusions, recommendations, budget, schedule of activities, bibliography and annexes of the research.
