Auditoría de gestión al registro mercantil de la ciudad de Manta por período comprendido entre el 01 de Enero al 31 de Diciembre de 2017

Abstract

The titling work was carried out under the Investigation Modality, the focus of the topic was a management audit to the Mercantile Registry of the city of Manta for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2017. The intention of this topic was to analyze the situation of the institution, know its weaknesses and strengths to be able to have a criterion and issue recommendations, with the realization of it we hope to contribute with the development and improvement of our Faculty, as well as of the people who were benefited by making their opinions known. The fulfillment of the previously exposed objectives could be verified since the analysis of the fulfillment of the laws and regulations applied in the management of the Mercantile Registry of the city of Manta was carried out. In addition, the areas of action in the areas of institution where we apply the phases of the audit and so we were able to communicate the results obtained and recommendations during the evaluation made to the Mercantile Registry of the city of Manta to the interveners. To obtain the expected results, use the well-known techniques of observation, interviewing the institution's personnel and applying the internal control questionnaires to the people who took part in the evaluation process
