DISEÑO Y REMODELACIÓN DE UNIDADES SANITARIAS EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS MATEMÁTICAS, FÍSICAS Y QUÍMICAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ, FASE 2 – UNIDAD DE TTTULACION ESPECIAL

Abstract

The project entitled "Design and Remodeling of Health Units in the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at the Technical University of Manabí, Phase 2" has been the epitome of a work whose goal was the delivery of the work, which is in line Ecuadorian standards of construction and today's modern concepts used to achieve the performance, ease for people with special needs and hygiene required by our university community. The overall purpose was initially preparing an updated and modern design, improved current health units to perform settings to achieve the space and performance for people with special needs. It was necessary to use software that allowed us to make the architectural design of medical units, where all the details were implemented, each and every one of the elements within them. Later, they were chosen carefully, the technical specifications required for this type of work, and accurately and to determine the quantities and unit prices for each of the items that constitute the overall budget for the design and remodeling of these health units .
