El clima laboral y su influencia en los niveles de productividad de los empleados de la empresa Manalicor, de la ciudad de Portoviejo

Abstract

This work is based on analyzing the work environment and its influence on the productivity levels of the employees of the Manalicor company, located in the city of Portoviejo, whose activity is the production of bottled spirits. The method used is descriptive and exploratory, the research population consisted of eight collaborators, using this sample because it was small. Two surveys were applied as an instrument, one related to the work environment and the other to productivity, results that allowed assessing both variables through dimensions included in the Work Climate scale “CL-SPC” of Palma (2014), and the study of Sánchez (2018) respectively. For the analysis of the results, Excel and the SPSS version 25 program were used, and in this study it can be determined that there is a favorable work environment, and that productivity has a good level, being important to mention that the work environment influences productivity of the employees of the Manalicor company. Finally, a proposal is put forward to strengthen and maintain the work environment and improve the productivity levels of the Manalicor company, with the purpose of achieving optimal business growth that benefits managers, collaborators and clients in general.
