CONDICIONES LABORALES Y MANIFESTACIONES CONDUCTUALES EN LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA COOPERATIVA INTERCANTONAL DE TRANSPORTE AYACUCHO DE LA PARROQUIA AYACUCHO DEL CANTÓN SANTA ANA EN EL AÑO 2021-2022, DURANTE LA PANDEMIA POR COVID-19

Abstract

This research work refers to the problems that arise from the pandemic, which can arise due to inappropriate conditions and behavior of the workers of the Intercantonal Transport Cooperative, in order to improve the situation and ensure that employees have psychological stability. The objective of this project is to identify the behavioral manifestations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in the workers of the Ayacucho Intercantonal Transport Cooperative of the Ayacucho parish of the Santa Ana canton in 2021. The applied methodology, which determines the situation of the workers both in the administrative area and the drivers who are those who present occupational risk and danger, therefore this investigation is of a descriptive correctional type with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with the support of methods such as analysis, synthesis and bibliography, Likewise, the use of the technique is the survey that was applied to the workers of the CITA transport cooperative, and also the assessment test according to the CAS scale, resulting in the worker feeling comfortable in his work space and there is a good work environment which motivates workers to continue working, it is worth mentioning that conditions Workplaces are not adequate due to the pandemic, since they must implement sanitary measures, in means of transport, to offer users security. The psychological part of the employer is also affected, all this thanks to Covid-19.
