dc.description In Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador, a project was developed: Strengthening of the School Health Program through the promotion of healthy care in children of the Basic Education Center Cicerón Robles Velásquez Portoviejo, Manabí, January - June 2016 The school health program is a health care strategy for the school population that contributes to improving their quality of life, through the development of healthy lifestyles and environments, the detection of health risks and damages, as well as their timely care Related to the learning process; The school promoting health is based on a social model of health. This model takes into account the physical, emotional and social needs of all members of the school community. Schools are ideally positioned to promote and maintain the health of children, youth, school personnel and the community at large. As a general objective of this work of titling community modality was aimed at implementing health promotion actions informing the educational community on the promotion of healthy care in children and girls carrying out actions to improve the hygiene and environmental conditions of the school and educating Students on health promotion that promotes habits and behaviors. The population was formed by 850 people members of the educational community. As a conclusion, it is established that 100% of the objectives were fulfilled to strengthen the School Health Program of the Basic Education Center Cicerón Robles Velásquez. The health conditions of 90% of the students were evaluated through coordination with the Health Subcenter, structuring of a schedule and execution of the care that included weight assessment, height, oral health, deworming, vaccination, nutrition and care in General medicine, in the end the student health commission was formed. 90% of the educational community was educated on the promotion of healthy care in children, as a first activity the actions were socialized, a schedule was structured (Date and resources) and the training lectures were given to teachers, parents And students, a drawing contest was held on handwashing and an open house with the xi theme: Promotion of healthy habits and behaviors. The third objective was accomplished by carrying out actions to improve the hygienic and environmental conditions of the Educational Center, evaluating the physical conditions, carrying out a cleaning minga, improving the conditions of the Bar and finally carrying out the reforestation of the school environment. es_ES
dc.description.abstract En Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador se desarrolló un proyecto titulado: Fortalecimiento del Programa de Salud Escolar mediante la promoción de cuidados saludables en niños y niñas del Centro de Educación Básica Cicerón Robles Velásquez Portoviejo, Manabí, Enero – Junio 2016 El programa de salud escolar es una estrategia de atención de salud para la población escolar que contribuye a mejorar su calidad de vida, mediante el desarrollo de estilos de vida y entornos saludables, la detección de riesgos y daños en salud, así como su atención oportuna relacionada con el proceso de aprendizaje; la escuela promotora de la salud se basa en un modelo social de la salud. Este modelo tiene en cuenta las necesidades físicas, emocionales y sociales y de todos los miembros de la comunidad escolar. Las escuelas están en una posición ideal para promover y mantener la salud de los niños, jóvenes, personal de la escuela y la comunidad en general. Como objetivo general de este trabajo de titulación de modalidad comunitaria estuvo encaminado a implementar acciones de promoción de la salud informando a la comunidad educativa sobe promoción de cuidados saludables en niños y niñas ejecutando acciones para mejorar las condiciones higiénicas y ambientales del centro educativo y educando a los estudiantes sobre promoción de la salud que fomente hábitos y conductas. La población estuvo conformada por 850 personas miembros la comunidad educativa. Como conclusión se establece que se cumplieron el 100% de los objetivos para fortalecer el Programa de Salud Escolar del Centro de Educación Básica Cicerón Robles Velásquez. Se evaluaron las condiciones de salud del 90% de los estudiantes mediante la coordinación con el Subcentro de Salud, estructuración de un cronograma y ejecución de la atención que consto de valoración de peso, talla, salud oral, desparasitación, vacunación, nutrición y atención en medicina general, al final se conformó la comisión de salud estudiantil. Se educó al 90% de la comunidad educativa sobre promoción de cuidados saludables en niños y niñas, como primera actividad se socializaron las acciones, se estructuró un cronograma (Fecha y recursos) y se ejecución de las charlas de ix capacitación a docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes, se realizó un concurso de dibujo sobre el lavado de manos y una casa abierta con el tema: Promoción de hábitos y conductas saludables. Se cumplió con el tercer objetivo al ejecutar acciones para mejorar las condiciones higiénicas y ambientales del Centro Educativo, evaluando las condiciones físicas, ejecutando una minga de limpieza, mejoramiento de las condiciones del Bar y por último realizo la reforestación de entorno escolar. es_ES
