Abstract

This project was conducted in the Lodana Parish, located on Santa Ana in the properties of the Universidad Técnica de Manabí, where the laboratory of the Research Center for Agricultural Sciences is located which was not suitable for the proper use and implementation It is why the thesis topic entitled arises: "diagnosis and implementation of treatment for maintaining the structure and masonry in the laboratory of the research center of agricultural sciences at Universidad Técnica de Manabí - Phase I" whose objectives were determined previous diagnosis of it while prioritizing the needs and achieve the expected results presented in the beginning of the project. It featured a grant from the Universidad Técnica de Manabí, to finance the work in the costs of materials used to give proper treatment to maintain laboratory masonry and cancellation of labor.
