| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación se realizó en la Distribuidora PORTOCENTRO, con el objetivo de diagnosticar la aplicación del sistema Génesis y su incidencia en el proceso de la toma de decisiones para la optimización de los recursos, técnicos, operativos y humanos dentro de la distribuidora “PORTOCENTRO”. En este estudio se empleó un tipo de investigación descriptica aplicada en el conocimiento de la empresa, así como de diseño no experimental, en donde se analizó la información, sin someterla a manipulación. La utilización del sistema contable Génesis es una herramienta significativa que ha permitido gestionar los recursos técnicos, operativos y humanos, mejorando la eficacia y eficiencia de las actividades. A través de los diferentes informes que refleja el sistema orienta a la gerencia a la toma de decisiones, sin embargo, existe falencias en el control de la bodega. Es por ello que, se recomienda una propuesta de mejora en el sistema para el control de la bodega, orientada a incrementar su eficiencia y eficacia en el tiempo. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This degree work was carried out at the PORTOCENTRO Distributor, with the aim of diagnosing the application of the Genesis system and its impact on the decision-making process for the optimization of technical, operational and human resources within the distributor " PORTOCENTRO”. In this study, a type of descriptive research applied to the knowledge of the company was used, as well as a non-experimental design, where the information was analyzed, without subjecting it to manipulation. The use of the Genesis accounting system is a significant tool that has made it possible to manage technical, operational and human resources, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of activities. Through the different reports that the system reflects, it guides management towards decision-making, however, there are shortcomings in the control of the winery. That is why a proposal to improve the winery control system is recommended, aimed at increasing its efficiency and effectiveness over time. | en |
