Abstract

Currently it can be seen that it is a huge need for many parents with children under the age of seven, to have a trusted nanny and that is well trained that can meet the challenges in the care of their children. Thus, for the development of the project a general analysis of the market was made, this study revealed that there is a high percentage of unsatisfied demand since the offer that exists on the care of the children does not offer the necessary trust. Hence the creation of a company of child care services in situ for hours in the city of Portoviejo. A technical analysis was carried out describing the tools to be used, as well as the services that will be offered, an administrative, legal and social analysis where the organizational structure of the company is defined. Economic and financial analysis where financing and business profitability are defined through financial projections. Based on the analyzes carried out for the installation of this type of business, they indicate that the project is viable because the profitability of the project is acceptable. It is recommended to carry out adequate marketing and advertising strategies to provide a good service and customer service
