Abstract

This business plan aimed at Restaurant "El Huerto" has had its impact on the commercial and financial performance because when performing the market study was the first step to investigate and research the perspective of the project. The results allowed us to know that there is great interest on the part of the population to consume the dishes, because the current offer does not meet their needs. As a second instance, it was necessary to conduct a technical study to verify the installation and operation capacity of the restaurant and the consequent structuring of staff. As a third step, the optimal organizational requirements were used to give the necessary follow-up of the restaurant. The results were that, as to the legal basis, there are no restrictions that prevent the approach (emergence) legal thereof.
