La función administrativa de la dirección distrital 13d01 – salud y su incidencia en la satisfacción de los usuarios del “Subcentro de salud el Naranjo” del canton Portoviejo

Abstract

In the city of Portoviejo Province of Manabí of the Republic of Ecuador, this research work was carried out entitled: "The administrative function of the District Direction 13D01 - Health and its incidence in the satisfaction of the users of the Sub-Center of Health “El Naranjo” of the canton of Portoviejo", the main objective was to analyze the administrative management of the 13D01 Health District Directorate and its impact on the satisfaction of the users of the "Sub-center of Health El Naranjo" of the canton of Portoviejo; through the realization of diagnosis, identification of existing processes, compliance with administrative functions and quantification of the level of satisfaction of the community of the "El Naranjo" sector, regarding the services provided by the Sub-Health Center of the sector. This project was based on the methodology of the investigative approach, using analytical and synthetic method; and techniques such as interviews and surveys, whose sample was taken according to the segmentation of the population. In conclusion, it is established that Health District 13D01-Salud- Portoviejo, is fulfilling the administrative functions for which it was created. It is recommended that techniques should be applied to attract users, socialization of the assistance services provided to citizens, and the updating of various control mechanisms
